We sell our fresh, wild Alaska Salmon to all major fish packers in the Northwest...and we offer all five species:

We can make arrangements to sell locally as well.

Chilkoot Fish is proud to buy only locally caught salmon taken from the cold, pristine waters of Lynn Canal.

 Caviar

Our caviar is processed under the watchful eye of our Master Row Technician who was in turn trained by Japanese Caviar Masters. We employ the latest techniques of caviar production to ensure the highest market fresh quality.
